- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt.
- 1 cup mashed mangoes
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mix alternately with mangoes.
Pour into greased and floured 9×13″ pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350F.
