A refreshing chilled soup for hot afternoons.
- 2 cups avocado. sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 t onion juice
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley, paprika, and green onions for garnish
Blend avocado, broth, onion. Mix cream and seasonings. Mix both together. Chill. Garnish with parsley, paprika and onion. Servings: 4
