- Soft cheese (mozzarella or Manchego)
- Olive Oil

In a heavy pot, melt cheese with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, crushed garlic, and oregano. When smooth, remove from heat and add lemon juice to taste. Serve on fresh bread.
